Another fabulous week, 20 students, all got on well, anyone walking in to the studio would think they'd all known each other forever. Wide range of experience from beginner to exhibition standard

This year (2010) we visited Woodbridge and Flatford, painted by the river and in the grounds at Dedham Hall. We were rained off going to Pin Mill this year, I also had plans to visit a large landscaped garden nearby, also rained off. We made up for this by studio demonstrations and working on material gathered earlier

Enjoy painting in the tranquil surroundings of Constable country. As well as being a painter’s paradise the vale of Dedham has many attractive walks. The picturesque villages of Kersey and Lavenham are nearby.
Dedham Hall is set in six acres of ground.

The course covers techniques and materials with a view to improving your painting.                     I welcome beginners as well as the more experienced painter.
There is a large studio in the grounds in which you will be able to work or watch a demonstration on oil, acrylic or watercolour in the evening.

PAINTING IN FRANCE

Our trip this June was a huge success. Nine lovely students, enjoyed the locations, trip to market, food and accommodation, all brought about by our wonderful hosts Giles & Louise.

What a wonderful painting week we had at Manzac d'en Bas!  It far exceeded my expectations. It was quite one of the best painting holidays I've had (and I've had a few)' Anne Davison

'Thank you so much for being so wonderful on our painting holiday.   It was such fun and you organised the whole thing brilliantly.  We all thought that you, Giles and Louise were quite marvellous and just made the holiday'.  Fiona Irens
